I have been working over the past few months with my close friend and coaching colleague on developing a new concept in coaching that we are calling Coach Buffet (www.coachbuffet.com); not only are we partnering, we are finding a way to include a whole host of high calibre coaches as part of our buffet offering. It's way more inspiring and motivating to partner.
