Our biggest problem is directing traffic to my site. The products will sell themselves, but we’re having a hard time pulling in those consumers. With all the corporate monsters out there, is it possible to rise to the top?

He had me knocked back on my feet because I was anticipating some serious tight-assed Oxford don/professorial type!

Wow was I wrong. Bob was so laid back and full of charm and the ease of delivery and eagerness to engage the listener in the conversation was so terrific. I guess there is humour in abundance in the man too.

As a kickoff show, it was so excellent. Bob and you were the Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire of VoM at that time!

Thanks so much for making me your first guest. I forgot it was your first show after about 15 seconds; you were smart and fun to talk to,and frankly, far better prepared than most interviewers. Thank you all SO MUCH for your encouragement! It really means a lot to have cheerleaders behind me.

I was a little shakey before the first show, worried about managing the breaks, technology, etc., but once I got rocking and rolling, it was a blast. I can’t wait to do it again next week, and stir up some more trouble.

On a funny note, the engineers who produced my show at the station told me that they loved how many times I used the word “asshole” on the show — I guess it isn’t in the usual flavor of business channel vocabulary. Whatever it takes to shake things up!
