I have become increasingly resistant to my job because I have never been one who desired to be in Corporate America. I have to get back to doing my affirmations and meditating. I am greatful for the income and the experience but at the same time I know I was put on this earth to do something bigger than what I'm currently doing. This really hit home for me. I'm in the same boat, and I'm suffering because I absolutely can not be productive if I'm not motivated. It's just not possible. I have had a bit of success using the STING method of tackling procrastination (http://ideamatt.blogspot.com/2005/11/use-sting-method-to-stop.html), and with getting help from someone by pairing up (we use Extreme Programming, which mandates writing code together).
