		<description>Another possibility is that we tend to be vocal and complain about what we don&#039;t like, and often forget to reflect on the reasons we signed on in the first place.  We get good at what we do most.  So if what we do a lot is complain about how life with our present employer sucks, we get good at complaining and lose the ability to think critically and strategically about what we really want to do.  Our minds and energy may have been directed to other pusuits for so long that it is just a habit to complain and then there&#039;s not much left over for exploring and taking a risk.
